Trainer very good at emphasising key points. Told we would be able to access slides but I don't have a log in. Maybe agency should have given it to me? Very efficient. Great central location with free parking. May be a problem if arrived later??
I really enjoyed the course especially the practical aspects. The trainer was lovely,very productive and very knowledgeable.
