Very educational training , very good would recommend
Trainer was amazing. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Great interaction with the group.
Good access to free parking. Trainer excellent with very thorough delivery of course content and good use of videos and visual demonstrations. Hotel not so great - building tools such as a ladder partially blocked door entrance to conference suite on arrival. A side entrance, which was also a fire door, with access to toilets, was open to public and carpark which felt unsafe. No coffee/tea facilities were accessible to course attendees in the afternoon. The hotel coffees were expensive and the service slow.
Satisfied with Mr Benjamin as the session was interesting and interactive. He demonstrated good knowledge.
