Practical, interactive delivery is the course’s distinctive strength: attendees say knowledgeable, passionate trainers use clear explanations, humour, real-life scenarios and demonstrations to keep learners involved. They value the well-structured, relevant content, evidence-based updates and opportunities to practise moving and handling, CPR and fire safety. Reviews say the sessions are engaging, easy to follow and useful at work, leaving learners refreshed and more confident. Some groups find practical work rushed when classes are large.

Facilitator was knowledgeable and used engaging methods
We were not able to do the practical for the hoist and sling due to time and having a medical emergency. But everything we explained and asked his understood and instructor allowed for practice after the course ended. Paul was very informative and made the course very interesting.
