I found this the best training course I’ve ever attended. I found Jo extremely knowledgeable and she delivered the course on point. She kept the group well engaged throughout the day. It was a really good day. My only suggestion would be too make the class size smaller.
The trainer was thorough and knowledgeable, she made the course enjoyable. Her ability to recall everyone’s name was very impressive.
