The course was comprehensive, the trainer was great , I really like the stories for his own professional experiences.

Really essential training for anyone who is related to medical support team.

Steve was overall good, but classes need to be smaller to enable better participation and individual practices.

The tutor explained very well and understable and managed to answer all questions we were raising during the course
