The trainer was very good. Her ability to keep me engaged was really good. She very professional and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the course. The course was a good length and I have no complaints
It was an interesting training and I truly learnt new things.
I have done this course before, this was 100 per cent better. The day flew by, learnt lots of new information and a great update. Jo has been exceptionally friendly, made the group welcome and also made the more nervous members feel valued and they soon relaxed and became involved. I must confess I was not looking forward to this as I have been before and it was a very ‘dry’ day and death by PowerPoint etc. This was interactive, relaxed atmosphere and so much better presented. Will hopefully get Jo against next year
I enjoyed every bit of the course and I’m happy with learn more about the course.
