CSTF Mandatory Training (1/2 Day Practical) Reviews

Michael is very condescending and I found him rude. I needed to be firm and clear in order to obtain mutual respect otherwise it would have been imbalanced. He needs some social etiquette and support in culture and respect for ethnicity at times

Need to provide hot and cold refreshments at lunch time afternoon tea time too. It is not healthy to not do so!
