The introductions for the afternoon attendees could have been done in the last 10 minutes of the full day participants lunch break as it was a waste of time. Also should provide tea and coffee morning and afternoon.
I thoroughly enjoyed the training, and I learned so much.
The training was informative, engaging, and very useful. It improved my understanding of safe moving and handling practices and gave me more confidence in applying the correct techniques in the workplace. The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful and made the training easy to understand.

Class size very large and distracting. May be better with smaller groups so everyone can have a turn and be involved.
