The training was good and I was be able to gain a lot
It was easy to navigate and the practicals made it interesting
Paul was very knowledgeable and ensure they group engaged with the tasks and activities.
For new staff a poor MH because not able to practice with hoist as the service date had expired. Better resuscitation than last years as put into smaller groups to practice and was well managed by trainer. Trainer didn’t show much enthusiasm for his job
