The trainer was excellent The course is flawed as not suitable for doctors. I am a Consultant Psychiatrist and the course was way off in terms of relevance Most attendees seemed to be care assistants There was another doctor there who agreed with me fully This course of mandatory training needs to be done separately for doctors if it is to be of any practical use

Very informative updated information ,some i was not aware had changed or been added on.

The trainer was very interactive in the training and ensured that all candidates were able to learn and work on their weak areas. The training was so much enjoyable being divided in group discussions and practical rotation training which everyone found fun.

The course is very educative

The course was very well structured and informative. The trainer explained each topic clearly and encouraged participation throughout the session. The practical elements helped reinforce the key learning points. Overall, an excellent session that was both engaging and relevant to my role.
