The BLS training was informative and engaging, improving my knowledge, practical skills, and confidence in responding to emergencies and providing effective life support.
Jonathan was very supportive of me, as I was in a state of shock after receiving news of my brother’s death. He was very interactive during group exercises, ensuring that no one was left floundering. He also shared some anecdotal material which gave an additional perspective to the training.
