Practical, interactive delivery is the course’s distinctive strength: attendees say knowledgeable, passionate trainers use clear explanations, humour, real-life scenarios and demonstrations to keep learners involved. They value the well-structured, relevant content, evidence-based updates and opportunities to practise moving and handling, CPR and fire safety. Reviews say the sessions are engaging, easy to follow and useful at work, leaving learners refreshed and more confident. Some groups find practical work rushed when classes are large.

Training was delivered very well
Excellent delivery 👏
Excellent practice session. Very useful skills were learned.
The training was a detailed one and trainer has massive knowledge of subject. Each delegate got the opportunity to use available equipment to practice and everything was well coordinated and practiced professionally. I will recommend to anyone.
Was very educative and interactive. Well demonstrated
