It been a great training ,which has helped me to be confident in carry this out
The trainer and the training materials were excellent
The training was informative and practical. It improved my awareness of workplace risks and gave me clear guidance on how to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies. I now feel more confident applying safe practices in daily tasks, including proper manual handling, infection control, and fire safety procedures. The content was easy to follow, relevant to my role, and has strengthened my commitment to maintaining a safe environment for both staff and service users.
Really a refresher of skills and knowledge. Very useful indeed.
