Fiona - A wonderful trainer, experienced, warm, passionate and friendly. She knows how to carry her trainees along so we cannot sleep. The session was never boring and her approach was very good. She treated us (in my view) as human, not as unknown trainee. I can go on and on.

Day well spent, enjoyed the refresher course

Trainer wasn't as I expected. I thought this would be another course with little information, she was very informative and educated
