The water is not hot, for tea and coffee, no biscuits, water runs out, sweet runs out, poor attention to hospitality needs

Great course and good instructor. Its a shame the company did not send us the physical course material only to promise it online Overall the instructor tried her best with using just the slides, could have been easier for her with the handbook
