The training was good for the money, and it's very interesting and interactive.

Mr. Michael was a practical trainer. He uses both cognitive and pragmatic attitude to make the trainees understand what he's explaining, as well as follow up. He's also jovial as well as very serious. I really love his partain of teaching.
