Happy i attended the training because it's educative

I appreciated the training course, well discussed and scenarios explained thoroughly. I definitely enhanced my knowledge and skills in emergency situations, CPR, choking, all had been covered with exceptional training outcome with fun.

I was originally booked for a full day session on 25 February with a female teacher. I completed the first part of the training, however I found the teaching approach quite poor. There was very limited interaction, and the instructor tended to talk over participants rather than encouraging discussion or engagement. After the break, I arrived back about 10 minutes late due to traffic while getting lunch. While I understand the importance of punctuality, the instructor refused to allow me back into the session and stated that I would have to be rebooked. Although I respect the rule, the way the message was delivered felt very direct and somewhat disrespectful. I was later able to rebook for the PM session on 05 March with Kevin. Kevin was excellent and truly exceptional. He demonstrated deep knowledge of the subject and his engagement skills were top level. The session was very informative and interactive, and I would definitely recommend his training.
