Very friendly and approachable trainer… allowed questions and she explained in a normal manner

The room was too dark. The room structure is not the best for learning

Nathan was very entertaining , encouraging to engage and interact, knowledgeable, funny... He was spectacular! I got more out of this training than any previous ones, specially about carers rights, facts and it was a nice overall refresher.
