Overall good experience but value is very cold
Everything was fabulous and training well delivered, Gaynor was lovely Only downside the venue was freezing

The presentation was engaging, and the digital workbook access was helpful for future reference. Overall, it was a valuable and beneficial training experience.
Room was not warm enough. Please provide some nuts or crisps for snack and hot chocolate. Thank you. Trainer Gaynor was excellent.
