All sessions were useful but I liked the explanation about DNA CPR & RESPECT FORM. It was detailed and well explained

The session was interactive and the content very relevant to my job. The trainer is quite experienced often incorporating real life examples which made the session very interesting.

I learnt something new on conflict resolution

I found the training very informative.

I believe it is unfair that people are still permitted to enter the class up to 30 minutes after it has started. By that time, we are often already on the second topic and the class is fully engaged, so late arrivals cause unnecessary disruption. The class opens at 09:30, 1000 start, which means there is already an hour between the opening time and the leeway period—this disadvantages those who arrive on time and are ready to learn from the start.

All lessons were conducted in simple Englis h that most students understood.
