Manual Handling Training Reflection I attended a manual handling training session today, and I must say it was a very insightful and engaging experience. The trainer delivered the session excellently — she was clear, patient, and very knowledgeable about the subject. Her ability to communicate key safety principles in a practical and relatable way made the training both enjoyable and informative. The venue was also perfect — clean, spacious, and comfortable, which contributed positively to the overall learning environment. Overall, I feel more confident and better equipped with the right techniques and awareness to handle tasks safely and efficiently.

Most enjoyable training day I’ve had!

Although some part of the training was rushed but overall, it was well delivered.

The venue is excellent. Easily accessible, no parking charges and safe area
