I attended my mandatory training today with the Healthcare Group, delivered by Kevin, and I just wanted to share how excellent the session was. Kevin is an outstanding trainer with a wealth of knowledge, and he shared so much valuable and practical information with us as a group. The training was extremely engaging, interactive, and easy to understand. Kevin created plenty of opportunities for us to get hands-on experience, which really helped me put the learning into practice. I came away with not only a stronger understanding of how to stay safe and regulated in my role, but also with lots of new knowledge that I can continue to apply confidently in my work. Thanks to Kevin’s teaching style, I left the session feeling both confident and happy. His approach made a real difference to my learning experience, and I’m very grateful for the effort he put into the training.
