The course was good but there is a lot more that people need to know as a caregiver especially when looking after client who are severely disabled None verbal The trainer we had he made the course more interesting with his explanation Very Good Glad to complete the class I learned a lot But there is still more to learn Thank You

The trainer provided the training in a very interactive manner.

The trainer created an environment where everyone actively participated and he engaged the trainees using scenarios related to the training. His approach/method of training is the best I have seen. There was no boring moment.
