The training was comprehensive and Paul made it easy to understand by using different methods of delivering information. Trainees were given the opportunity to share lived experiences related to training content. Paul shared current developments related to the training which enriched our knowledge.
Joanne was lovely and made sure everyone was well aware of all aspects and was willing to go over anything again if needed. Will reccomend in future to other healthcare professionals
