Really educational, leant alot and was able to used some equipments I haven't use before.

Every year it's a bug bear of mine but afterwards I am glad I've come as new things arise that I can use however there is something that is of little use to me with medical stuff in which I didn't understand as I am a live in carer and if my client runs into difficulty medically I phone the paramedics. Though I am able to do CPR

The trainer explained everything properly and gave such a good examples to let understand better discussed topics. All practical section involved us to improve our skills amd refresh knowledge. 5 stars.
