Venue was poor. Room too cramped for the amount of people. Also no Gluten free food available to buy.

The venue was too small for the number of people in attendance, and due to that, everyone was not able to practice with the hoist but the trainer explained how to use it in details. They course was very interesting.

The Health and Safety training was well organised and structured to meet the participants purpose. The training was also informative and participatory. The trainer was patient enough to attend to all questions ask, she carried every trainee along in the training. The training session encourage interaction and discussions, educative material, equipment were also available, for hands on practical sessions were all trainee participate and also a play role approach was also used during the training. This session was valuable, relevant to my role, and will positively influence my approach to health and safety at work.
