I have successfully completed the CSTF all-in-one mandatory practical training. The session was well-structured, informative, and highly relevant to my role in healthcare. It enhanced my knowledge and reinforced my practical skills in key areas such as infection prevention and control, basic life support, manual handling, safeguarding, and health and safety. The training was delivered clearly, with opportunities for hands-on practice and interaction, which improved my confidence in applying these skills in real-life care settings. I now feel better equipped to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care while adhering to professional standards and guidelines. Overall, the training was valuable, engaging, and essential for maintaining high-quality care delivery.
