Very instructive visually and theoretical

The trainer take her time to explain well and she is really good on teaching

Very experienced, knowledgeable & engaging trainer, I have had to complete these training modules annually for almost 3 decades, so I'm not really learning anything new, but having an unusually good trainer ensured I wasn't bored.

Wendy was brilliant and it was an amazing course. Loved it.
