Good training and trainer

Was a dynamic training

Trainer was extremely rude to an attendant of the course saying if he can't understand her poor English she shouldn't be on the course, no one else had trouble understanding her and he made all of these comments loudly and in front of the rest of the group. Very unimpressed with his attitude and general personality with the whole group.

A situation arose where he targeted a colleague in the group arguing and the level of English in front of the wholes class. It was very unprofessional and the group had to intervene and stop the situation.

Poor venue, felt no air in there. Poor coffee/ tea facilities, only available once per day. Lecturer was abrupt at times, but had good knowledge.

The trainner shows a good understanding of the course and good knowledge in care.

The course content was relevant to my practice. The trainer engaged us in activities which made the learning experience enjoyable. I’ve learnt and retained more information from being in classroom setting than doing the online learning.
