The training was good, I enjoyed it.

Paul was very knowledgeable and ensure they group engaged with the tasks and activities.

For new staff a poor MH because not able to practice with hoist as the service date had expired. Better resuscitation than last years as put into smaller groups to practice and was well managed by trainer. Trainer didn’t show much enthusiasm for his job

Paul was such a good trainer Class was interactive We were all treated with respect and dignity He gave a listening ear to all of us The class was alive
