Great teaching

The trainer was very knowledgeable and explained the content clearly throughout the session. The training was engaging and easy to follow, with practical demonstrations that made the information easier to understand. We were given plenty of opportunities to practice the skills ourselves. The trainer created a positive environment where questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly. Overall, the session has boosted my confidence in providing first aid.

Training content was appropriate. However, hot water was insufficient for the weather. The venue management can improve on that.
