The trainer kept things fresh, interesting, and to the point and encouraged interaction, which made the day go by quite quickly.

Good atmosphere, knowledge training Sue has great sense of humor and make the training pleasant and interesting.

I think the course was good overall.

The course didn’t start till 4 pm as there wasn’t a trainer. The course started late with numerous different reasons once we all discussed x I lost money as I left work early for the course but waited 3 hours to be doing the afternoon course. There was also no bag valve in the kit.

Very interesting and was delivered well from the trainer
