Paul was absolutely amazing! Truly a lovely genuine and professional instructor. He explained everything in a very relaxed and interesting way. He made every aspect of the day really enjoyable. I feel like I’ve learnt so much in just one study day. Thank you so so much Paul.

This was a fantastic course. Paul and Peace were clearly knowledge and engaging in their training content and style. My only feedback is that I think the course could be completed in a shorter timeframe as some of the presentation content is not relevant to those of us who don't work in ward settings (e.g info on sectioning etc) A whole day seems excessive and I believe this could be done in about 5-6 hours so suitable for half/ partial day training as it used to be. This is more manageable for busy NHS staff and allows those of us who run clinics or have responsibilities to have time for work on the training day.
Peace (Trainer) was very good and well explained . Very patient and answered all the questions. Learned so many new things from her :) would love to get taught by her again
