Really good in refreshing my memory. As I previously did this course some time ago.

The trainer was absolutely brilliant with the course, unfortunately there was no hot drinks or snacks provided.

Dan was very informative and engaging, the theory part of the session was quite long though and with it being just PowerPoint slides is was difficult to stay engaged. The practical was only about an hour which is shorter than previous breakaway courses

Overall very interesting and engaging.

Some aspects of the course slides were a bit repeitive and occasionally the teaching was unclear. But the majority of the time the course was very engaging, entertaining and informative.

Facilitators were genuinely 10/10 but most content was not relevant to my field of work
