good training and advice but not ideal for the residents in our home

Practical was great! The theory was a little slow, not very engaging

Trainers are great but content doesn't feel so relevant for my role.

Original trainer cancelled last minute so new trainer had to rush in. Peace was great, but she received no handouts to give us, the PowerPoint contained a lot of irrelevant information and while peace tried to ask maintenance to sort it, the projecter was stuck in red light. Toilets were out of order

There was too much audience interaction. The draw a circle on top of a square activity was good. I feel like the slides section was stretched more then could have been. Practice was good.
