It digs deep into finding the smaller things that matter the most. It’s the 1 and 2% that really matters that sometimes others cannot find.

Excellent course. Jam packed - great experience- so much to learn but brilliant environment to learn in. Great facilitators - all staff very committed- professional at all times. Taking part in the Leadership in Management programme with Leadership Trust has been an amazing experience — one that I wish I had done ten years ago. The intensity of the residential week, with its constant projects, reviews, and reflection, was both challenging and rewarding. I learned so much about myself and about leadership in such a short space of time. It’s not for the faint-hearted — it pushes you far outside of your comfort zone — but the growth and insight you gain make it truly invaluable. I am so pleased to have joined and look forward to applying what I’ve learned to better support my team and our goals.
