Leadership in Management is a meticulously crafted leadership development programme designed to equip senior managers and aspiring leaders with the essential skills, insights, and strategies needed to navigate today’s complex business landscape with confidence. Through a blend of experiential learning, interactive workshops, and personalised coaching, participants delve deep into the core principles of leadership excellence.
The 12-month programme, targeted at mid-level and senior managers, includes a high-impact 5.5-day residential course, learning alongside other leaders. This is followed up by an insightful online workshop and robust learning support to help participants implement your learning back in the workplace.

Learning support
While the core component remains the 5.5-day residential element, our flagship leadership programme runs over 12 months to support delegates embed their learning into their daily lives. Through this time, our dedicated Learning Success team provides a number of supplementary learning touch points, before and after the residential, to ensure delegates get the most from their experience.
