The Leadership in Management Program has been an exceptional and highly rewarding experience. It provided a valuable opportunity for self-reflection, leadership development, and meaningful engagement with a diverse group of professionals. The combination of coaching, action learning, and practical leadership insights helped strengthen my self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. The facilitators created an environment of trust, openness, and constructive challenge that enabled real learning and personal growth. I would like to thank the Leadership Trust team for delivering a well-structured, engaging, and impactful program that will continue to influence my leadership journey for years to come.

Really good, engaging and testing
Really useful to challenge our selves and go beyond comfort zone and improve leadership skills and team building skills. The facilitator Tor is very professional and skill full. Excellent facilitation. Sophie’s sessions are very useful concise and very well delivered to digest better. Team of facilitators and faculty staff great support.
