Just wrapped up the Leadership Trust programme — and what an experience. Incredible people, incredible content, and one of the most intense weeks I’ve done in a long time, maybe ever. It really pushes you — not just in how you lead others, but how you understand yourself. There’s nowhere to hide, but that’s exactly where the value is. The learning is real, practical, and it sticks. I’m walking away with a lot to reflect on, a lot to work on, and a lot of appreciation for the people I went through it with. If you get the opportunity to do it — take it. It’s tough, but absolutely worth it. Appreciate the team running in.

I really enjoyed the course, the location and the facilities. The facilitators were amazing as were the support staff
The course was challenging, exhilarating and fun and gave some personal learning points as a senior leader which were different to other courses I have been on.
A good, varied and intensive course which kept my interest the entire time.
I felt the course was well structured and content was individual. You will get out of this if you enter the program with an open mind and be ready to be challenged and honest about what you want to achieve and take away.
Dived deeper into my leadership skills helped me understand my self and be aware of those around me.
Very likely to recommend to people, the feedback that i have is that I would have liked more depth and information/ theory around leadership of the people and behaviours.
The leadership trust has been like no other leadership course I’ve experienced before. The way it’s meticulously setup to teach us lessons through failure and experience. It’s made me really think deeply about my behaviour, actions and emotions and how that effects the team I lead.
A truly eye opening course, which has certainly broadened my perspective on leadership and provided a deeper insight and perspective from other attendees and their experiences, leadership thoughts and perceptions. A great venue with excellent training delivery staff and support team from Chelsea Parkfields. I will be certain to recommend the course to my colleagues and friends.
