Excellent course and the experiential part of the course was perfectly pitched and tested everyone across the week! I think the facilitators could have done more to challenge certain negative behaviours, especially when someone was getting aggressive. I also think facilitators could intervene a lot more to probe and prompt discussion rather than just expecting the group to share.
I've had a brilliant week. Very nearly broken, but so worthwhile. I want to thank everyone for the experience and particularly to my team for putting everything into it.

I would like to express my appreciation for the well-structured and thoughtfully engineered "Leadership in Management" course. The 5.5 high-impact residential sessions provided an excellent blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, which significantly enriched my learning experience. Each session was engaging and offered valuable insights that I believe will be instrumental in my professional growth. I trust and very excited for the follow-up online workshop and the full learning support that will be commendable aspects of the course. These will ensure that the learning continued beyond the residential sessions, allowing us to reinforce our understanding and apply what we had learned in real-world scenarios.

Very unique training, cannot be compared to anything.
It’s a life changing experience and all the activities were designed to push us out of our comfort zones and the time to reflect and splice and dice the team dynamics was very effectively facilitated by the Facilitators
