Excellent course and the experiential part of the course was perfectly pitched and tested everyone across the week! I think the facilitators could have done more to challenge certain negative behaviours, especially when someone was getting aggressive. I also think facilitators could intervene a lot more to probe and prompt discussion rather than just expecting the group to share.
Very enlightening! It was nice have an experiential time exploring my management capabilities.
