Enjoyed course and trainers were first class in presenting same - came from a law enforcement background which was great.

Good course but think suits OC colleagues more as a whole than IB colleagues re investigations undertaken. Please remember though, we work under Scottish Legislation and not English - annoys me when course material not updated to accomodate where it is being presented.

I thought this was a well prepared overview of what was taught to our teams. I also thought the way the course was constructed was excellent, using a breakout session and discussion of findings to loop back to the course goals. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer questions outside of the planned session (VPNs). Very good. Thank you.

Until HMRC become less risk averse and allow case officers to train to level 2 and apply these skills nothing will improve.

I'd like a follow up course explaining what tools our OSI's have access to and what they can do. This was only touched on throughout the course but it would help me get a better understanding of my OSI's capabilities and potential sources of intelligence.

I am from a Civil Background so it wasn't as relative to my role as manager but a good awareness session which is useful

I found the course invaluable in explaining digitial investigation and what my trained staff are being asked to do. Also an informative overview of the internet.

Good course, time well spent away from the coal front and some key messages taken away that will be applied in-team.
