Room too small

Extremely well run and presented course with targeted knowledge and information that I can take in to my investigatory work.

The knowledge I have gained from the course is invaluable to how I perform my role. I think the knowledge is along time coming and should be rolled out to everyone in HMRC. Especially in investigation.

it was a really well presented course that incorporated different learning techniques throughout the course. it covered lots of information but also explained techniques on how to get further information by applying them together. It would be useful to have future courses due to the speed digital adapts and also further enhance our knowledge.

I really enjoyed this course and feel it will be valuable to my investigation of cases going forward, I feel we have only just touched the surface though, a longer course would have worked well. I enjoy the practical side and would have liked more opportunities to have scenarios where we can use the tools to investigate the outcome like the scenarios we did on the final day.. CRIB sheets will be created and i am very happy i volunteered for this course. i think i will take quite a bit away with me. Thankyou

Enjoyed the course, course was helpful and interesting. Ray made the course interesting and kept us engaged.

The course has raised my awareness of digital aspects of a criminal investigation and has broadened my knowledge as a criminal investigator, providing me with tools and techniques that I can bring to my role. I was unable to attend on day 2 of the course and Ray made time to bring me up to speed the next day which I hugely appreciated.

Very interesting. Some things are very relevant in relation to information that is available. However, a lot relevant for me to actually be able to carry out in my work. I would not be allowed to carry out a lot of what was shown in my role.
