Very interesting. Some things are very relevant in relation to information that is available. However, a lot relevant for me to actually be able to carry out in my work. I would not be allowed to carry out a lot of what was shown in my role.

Good course but think suits OC colleagues more as a whole than IB colleagues re investigations undertaken. Please remember though, we work under Scottish Legislation and not English - annoys me when course material not updated to accomodate where it is being presented.

Until HMRC become less risk averse and allow case officers to train to level 2 and apply these skills nothing will improve.

Good course, time well spent away from the coal front and some key messages taken away that will be applied in-team.
