It was very knowledgeable for me as I came here with no prior knowledge and so I’m happy with my knowledge of health and safety and regulations different type of deliveries and services. Also the actions to prevent hazards. Billy and Rhyan were great teachers and easy to talk to and made it an enjoyable experience

I found the trainers were very approachable and give me belief that I will have the skills to find a job

I appreciate the experience I gained during this course, and I appreciate my course trainers Billy Hedgley and Rhyan Sasbury for assisting and giving me support during the course. They also gave me tips on time management and understanding the fact I wasn’t used to using metro trains, and Abigail Holmes for being clear on the job role. I also want to thank Michael for assisting us in improving my CV.

I’m excited with the course

Both tutors were great teachers and went into great detail about everything we learned about. They were very down to earth and kept it professional yet comfortable. Can have a laugh with them both but still get everything done and I think that helped me personally to take everything from the course in properly.
