I think the course has been fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful! I also feel like everyone got along very well and worked great together, helping each other understand things better also.

​I am writing to provide enthusiastically positive feedback regarding the recent two-week training program focused on Health & Safety and Lean Management. ​The curriculum was robust and comprehensive, offering significant, actionable insights into both critical areas. While the material itself was excellent, the success of this program rests entirely on the shoulders of our instructor, Craig. ​Craig was, without exaggeration, an incredible tutor. His ability to present complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and relevant manner was truly exceptional. He was consistently supportive, highly professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He created a learning environment that was both challenging and encouraging. ​If the evaluation scale permitted it, I would not hesitate to give Craig a 10-star rating for his dedication and expertise, far beyond the standard five stars. He is a truly outstanding facilitator who turned the training into a genuinely valuable and memorable experience.
