I am satisfied with the course overall and have learned new skills as well as improving on my understanding of skills I already have. Billy has been a great tutor who explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. I have a greater understanding of how to structure my CV thanks to Amy and have already tweaked it from the information she gave. Abigail has also been a great help and look forward to the one on one appointment.

I have gained a lot of information from this course and I now am more confident in apply for a job and working in a factory environment

This course has been immensely helpful, Billy has been a great tutor and I've learned a lot, definitely made me feel comfortable.

Billy’s teaching was very comprehensive and easy to follow. I imagine that for people in the room who struggle more with learning or understanding that his way of teaching was highly suitable for them. Everything was explained well and clear examples were given so we could apply the learning to real life. I enjoyed the CV session with Amy and found it to be the most useful part of the course for me, as I was able to understand why I may not have been successful so far in getting employed and what elements of my CV to change.
