It has been told by the tutor today that the Realise team has decided that from today to enforce for our cameras on while I understand that it is a good idea to see we are learning paying attention. Sometimes while I am writing down or taking notes this for me can be quite off putting and distracting to have the camera on. I know I am sent the link with all the notes anyway but this is a way to help me learn. I would appreciate that the release team take a long look at this and give the person the choice to be able to put on their cameras on or not (I don't mind having my camera on sometimes but not all the time) I may not be the only learner that may feel this way. Venue has no fresh airflow or natural light and room becomes too warm, making attendees tired and limited focus.
I completed another milestone in my course. First understand the roles and responsibilities of early years practitioner now I learnt all the possible communication ways team work skills in this course. It will be very beneficial for me when I will start my career as an early years educator.
Great opportunity to discover my abilities and good platform for learning.
