"Thank you, Fatima, for today's session. Your explanation of equality, diversity, inclusion, and SEND was very insightful. Learning about the Equality Act 2010 and British values was particularly helpful. I also appreciated gaining a deeper understanding of different cultures and religions. Your teaching is making a significant impact on my learning."

Today's session was very informative. We learned about observation, assessment, and planning in early years education. The topics covered included why we observe, types of observation, child-led and adult-led observation, and the meaning of assessment. We also explored different types of planning. It was a very productive session led by Fatima. She explained concepts using real-life examples and YouTube videos to demonstrate how to observe and plan for a child's behavior and growth. The final section was particularly enjoyable as it involved engaging activities with family. Fatima taught us how to read books, tell stories, and use expressions to make early years education enjoyable for children.
