It has been really interesting to learn about the skills and awareness needed to nurture the positive relationships that make a good team. Recognising your own strengths as well as those of others, and how it all comes together as a whole. Tara is a great teacher who listens to everyone and values all contributions.
I greatly enjoyed this course, and feel it offered an in-depth introduction to work in an Early Years setting. Zoe was highly experienced in the field, and very knowledgeable, but she was also personable and supportive. She seemed to believe in every student on the course, and as a result I believe we all learnt a lot and will excel in our internships.
Zoe did a great job with the sessions. I really enjoy her teaching style, especially when giving scenarios as this makes the information being taught easier to understand. We the learners are able to engage in the lessons and give feedback. Overall a fantastic tutor. I will definitely recommend Realise to friends and family.
Overall I have found the course very helpful and useful and would recommend to others that may be interested in working within EYFS.
